Where we stand
Chamber Culture CRM is built to be accessibility-aware. That means semantic HTML landmarks, labeled form controls, full keyboard operability, a visible focus state on every interactive element, and support for reduced-motion preferences across the app and the public pages a chamber's members and visitors use.
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Revised Section 508. We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we are not claiming full AA conformance today. A formal audit is planned. Until then, this statement describes what we've actually done, not what we hope is true.
The detail sits in our Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT® 2.5), published in full and free to read. It goes criterion by criterion, and it marks the ones we have not yet tested as Not Evaluated rather than assuming they pass.
What's in place
- Skip-to-content links so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation
- Semantic landmarks (main content, navigation) on the app shell and public pages
- Labeled form controls, including the public registration, join and contact forms. Card details are entered on your payment processor's own hosted page, which we do not control
- A visible keyboard-focus outline on links, buttons, and form fields
- Support for the operating system's reduced-motion preference
- Meaningful alt text on member, business, and event images
Tell us what's not working
If you run into something that's hard or impossible to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology, we want to know. Email contact@champlinenterprises.com and tell us the page and what happened. We'll look into it.
